Descriptor

We have the necessary policies, procedures and resources in place to ensure that we do not discriminate and can be quick to respond, where possible, to the varying and changing needs of our employees. We do this to ensure that we can nurture and retain talented people from all backgrounds. We also ensure that we are sensitive to the needs of individual employees and that no one is subject to discrimination as a result of reorganisation or redundancy programmes.
