What provision at this level looks like and feels like

In addition to the Hallmarks at Base provision…

Policy, managers and all staff

Action is taken to ensure that communications are available in, if necessary, alternative accessible formats (e.g. large print). There is a policy and/or procedure/guidance in place for requesting and responding to requests for reasonable adjustments and alternative/flexible working arrangements. Provision is also made to develop employee behaviours and encourage actions that support an inclusive organisation, through, for example, training, on-line resources; employee networks etc.

Senior decision-makers and managers

Redundancy procedures and decisions are reviewed to ensure there is no bias or discrimination.
