What provision at this level looks like and feels like

Senior decision-makers

An organisation at the base level will check to ensure that its workplace is accessible. This includes the physical environment (e.g. access to buildings, loop systems), as well as technology and equipment. It also includes safety and emergency procedures (e.g. in lifts and evacuation procedures); procedures and behaviours expected from front line staff.

The organisation has a commitment to meeting, where appropriate, employees’ needs for flexible working.
