What provision at this level looks like and feels like

In addition to the Hallmarks at Base provision…

Policy and senior decision-makers

Organisations at Medium provision begin to be more proactive in seeking to attract a diverse workforce. Actions might include, for example:

  • telling prospective applicants about their commitment to creating an inclusive organisation
  • using a range of methods to attract applicants from diverse backgrounds
  • checking that job descriptions and person specifications do not discriminate or contain any unnecessary criteria
  • ensuring that the recruitment process is free from bias and discrimination.
